The Hotel Baur au Lac, where tradition, great continuity but also modern spirit meet, is upgrading with an innovative Cloud ERP.
In a first step, the SAP S/4HANA Cloud financial solution and Central Invoice Management were introduced. With a new financial system, data can be precisely interpreted and analyzed in real-time and decision-making succeeds quickly and strategically.
The fact that the first phase of the project has already been successfully completed was only possible thanks to a hotel management with a passion for innovation, strong commitment and strength in change. The AGILITA team has always accompanied the customer with a great deal of passion for transformation.
The next go-live is already scheduled for April 2023, with the mapping and implementation of the hotel’s logistics processes. In the third and final phase, which will be completed by the end of the year, the hotel’s new solutions will also be introduced at Baur au Lac Vins.
The Hotel Baur au Lac, one of the best hotels in the world and owned by the family of the same name for over 175 years, is now run by the sixth generation. The 5-star hotel is located in the heart of Zurich with a magnificent view of Lake Zurich. Like the premium wine shop Baur au Lac Vins, the luxury hotel belongs to the company H. Krachts Erben AG.
