What does the name GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP mean?

What can I do on the Business Technology Platform and is it included with every ERP license?
The SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) enables data management, analytics, application development and integration as well as the use of intelligent technologies such as AI and IoT. Licensing is flexible with models such as “consumption-based”, “pay-as-you-go” and a “free tier” for prototypes. The integration of BTP in ERP licenses depends on the package selected and should be clarified individually.
