Spring gives us new energy and awakens the motivation to do good and discover new things.
In our current everyday life, however, the balance for body, mind and soul often comes too short. That’s why we invite you to take short breaks from video conferencing, home office and Corona overdrive.
With mindfully practiced exercises from yoga, meditation and breathing techniques, you will fill up with pure relaxation, strength and joy for your everyday life. There is nothing for you to accomplish, no mastery of acrobatic postures to achieve. You will activate and deeply relax body, mind and soul in equal measure. You do not need any previous knowledge.
The sessions always start on time. Any questions can be asked 5 minutes before or after the sessions.
