Together with AGILITA, the software was rolled out quickly in all branches, meaning that all locations now work with one system. This standardization leads to a consistent database, increased transparency and optimized processes throughout the entire organization.
Another highlight of the digital transformation is the integration of the web store, which enables Baur au Lac Vins to make online sales just as efficient as brick-and-mortar retail. This also includes the checkout connection via SAP Customer Checkout, which ensures a seamless connection between the checkout systems and the ERP system. Real-time evaluations for disposition reports and precise cellar accounting provide those responsible with a precise overview of stock levels and sales figures at all times.
The integration of Ontego as a mobile warehouse logistics solution ensures that inventory management is carried out in real time and with maximum precision – a decisive advance that significantly improves both warehouse management and the efficiency of logistics processes. This solution is complemented by AGIL Shipping Integration, which enables efficient shipping processing and seamless shipment tracking.
