Week one: November 28 – December 2
This week the first eagerly awaited project meetings started. And while some of us got our first glimpse of the project early on Monday morning, others had to wait until the middle of the week. At the same time, we were able to continue working on our CAP applications. And for a Christmas change, this week we got to help turn our office into a Christmas village for the “Christmas Market Meets Innovation” events coming up in the next few weeks. The Christmas stands were not only assembled by us for this purpose, but also festively decorated.
Week two: December 5 – 9
In the second week of December we were invited to a joint lunch as a thank you for helping to set up the Christmas market. And the day continued in a Christmas spirit: there was an aperitif for the parents of this year’s Academy participants. After a short tour through the offices on the 2nd and 8th floor of the Glatt Tower with Sven, we were allowed, together with Florian and Fabian, to present AGILITA AG and the AGILITA SAP Academy. Our brief presentation was followed by a shared aperitif with lively conversation and delicious appetizers. Another event took place on Thursday, Fix Office Day. The Fix-Office-Day takes place every two weeks and offers the opportunity to exchange ideas within the team. For this purpose, the Academy was able to organize a fine lunch for around 25 employees.
In addition to all the events, we worked persistently on our CAP projects this week and kept getting important input from Fabian.

Week three: December 12 – 16
The third week of December was very eventful. While we started the day as usual with short code reviews on Monday, some of us had the opportunity to participate in the “Christmas Market meets Innovation” on Tuesday and present the AGILITA Academy. On Wednesday, we were all able to enjoy a wonderful Christmas dinner together with all employees and their company in the Papiersaal in Zurich. Moderated Sandra and Urs we started the evening with a review of the year and delicious appetizers. In addition, we were able to receive our new AGILITA #CloundNoDoubt sneakers, as a Christmas gift, on Thursday and Friday.

Week Four 19 – 23 December
Many tasks had to be completed before Christmas, including form development in our customer projects. The last week before Christmas was therefore packed with project meetings so that, in contrast to the previous weeks, we had comparatively little time to deal with the CAP projects. Despite the little free time, we had the opportunity to benefit from Fabian’s new inputs in the area of CAP actions and remote data connections.
