Digitalization is not an end in itself. It is successful when it simplifies processes, connects people and creates real added value. HERO has launched a new project with precisely this aim in mind, which will change sales and collaboration with partners in the long term.

A digital step forward

The focus is on two building blocks: the introduction of SAP Sales Cloud v2 and the development of an SAP BTP Build Workzone portal. Together, they form the basis for a solution that modernizes processes and raises communication to a new level.

  • Efficiency in sales: distributors can upload and analyze data intuitively – and thus save valuable time.
  • Seamless integration: Interfaces to the ERP system run smoothly, which streamlines processes and increases efficiency.
  • Central platform: Information and documents are bundled, increasing transparency and simplifying collaboration.

More than technology

The special thing about this project is not just the new technical basis, but the way it is used: as an enabler for better collaboration, clearer processes and a modern customer experience. Digitalization shows its potential here to make day-to-day work easier – for sales teams, partners and customers alike.

Shaping the future together

A big thank you goes to the entire HERO team, who are accompanying us on this journey with openness and drive. Together, we are designing a solution that not only optimizes processes, but also lays the foundation for sustainable growth.

We look forward to continuing this journey – and making sales at HERO a little easier, more modern and more efficient.
