Week 1: 02.01.2023 – 06.01.2023

On the second of January, after a relaxing week of vacation, we started fresh and lively into the next chapter of our training and at the same time into the new year. Some used the vacations to go to the mountains, the others were allowed to enjoy this great dawn from Wallisellen.

The focus of the next weeks will be on the CAP projects as well as on the customer projects in which we are mainly involved with form developments. Regarding our CAP application, we continue to look at connecting the services from our OnPrem test system.

Week 2: 09.01.2023 – 13.01.2023

After consultation with Fabian, we have now been granted an optional home office day each week. We scheduled this one for Wednesday because we often have our Q&A meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Since Fabian is on vacation for three weeks, he will be represented by last year’s Academy. They performed their jobs dutifully and confidently. Due to Fabian’s absence and the integration into the customer projects, we made many new contacts and contacts in various specialist areas internally.

Week 3: 16.01.2023 – 20.01.2023

In the third week, we were provided with a lot of information regarding the forms, so we worked more on these and thus made good progress. At first, we underestimated the effort involved. However, as time went on, we realized how many complications and coordination errors could occur.

Furthermore, Sandra already revealed to us at the Christmas dinner that AGILITA will start an advertising campaign. Now the time has come and cool slogans, created by Sandra in cooperation with an external advertising agency, are now displayed at some train stations.

Week 4: 23.01.2023 – 27.01.2023

Also during this week, intensive work was done on the respective projects. Away from work, we’ve been pushing for new pool cues, as we like to get carried away with a game of pool over lunch as well as on Friday nights. The old ones showed some signs of use and prevented us from taking full advantage of our “great” talent.
