Imagine if your employees (and you, too) could fully focus on their core tasks and add value to your company with every activity. Your employees would be happier and your company would operate more efficiently and cost-effectively. Sounds great, doesn’t it? Have you ever heard of new smart technologies or AI?<\/span><\/p>\n

The key to this is artificial intelligence (AI) – because with new, intelligent technologies, tedious and time-consuming work is taken over by machines and no longer has to be done by employees. And if you think that this is all too big for you, because you may work in an SME, then I say to you: Read on, there is also a suitable solution for your company.<\/strong><\/p>\n

To this end, I would like to present an illustrative example right at the start: M\u00fcller + Krempel AG<\/a>, a Swiss company that manufactures packaging for the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, worked with AGILITA AG<\/a> and SAP to develop a chatbot that was integrated into the existing SAP<\/a> Business ByDesign. The chatbot is available 24\/7 as a self-service tool, can handle customer inquiries faster, and simplifies shipment tracking. Accordingly, the customer experience has been greatly improved by the introduction of the chatbot. You see: The topic of artificial intelligence, which can seem daunting at first glance because it is so extensive and, moreover, is often explained in a very complicated way, can definitely already be applied on a “small” scale and achieve a great deal. So it’s not just big companies that can reap the benefits of the technologies. Even for SMEs, there are countless ways in which business processes can be made simpler, more efficient and more reliable.<\/p>\n
